• Promotional offers available only between dates stated on promotions via website, social media platforms online and in-clinic. (If no date entered online, discount is not valid or current).

• Pre-Paid Treatments expire 18months from the date of purchase

• Pre-paid and completed services or purchased products are not eligible for refund

• Add Ons can only be purchased for the matching service area, i.e. Hydrafacial, LED Light Therapy and are applicable to said Treatments ONLY

• Additional costs may apply after each treatment. These costs will apply to skincare products that are purchased to optimise results post or pre-treatment. Our Recommended Skincare range is medical grade and only recommended where necessary. If you choose not to purchase the recommended skincare we will ask you to sign a waiver to advise that your skin results may not be optimal. 

• Add Ons can be purchased at any time and can be pre-paid, however further discounts do NOT apply

• Unlimited Add Ons can be applied to each full priced item

• Appearance Promise Applies to Standard Single Treatment Price once 10 treatments have been completed in the same treatment area for Tattoo Removal Services Only.

• Combination Treatment areas must be treated at the same appointment.

• Full Body excludes the Face and treatments are NOT subject to any further discounts

• Treatment modalities are NOT interchangeable

• Treatment visits MUST follow the protocol outlined in the Programs Protocol

• All areas are gender neutral

• All combo area including Full Body must be treated in the same appointment and cannot be separated. Areas not treated on the day are not carried over.

• Discounts apply to single treatments only

• Discounts apply during sale period only.

• No rain-checks.

Rejuvenate Clinic Membership Terms and Conditions
 

General & Promotional T&C's for TIXEL membership:

• Minimum 12mth contract with the option to continue once the initial 12mth has been completed and all outstanding money to the total value of the services provided has been paid in full to Rejuvenate Clinic.

• Rejuvenate Clinic General Terms and Conditions APPLY as well as our clinic privacy policy as part of this membership. To view these T&C's please visit our website www.rejuvenateclinic.au 

• If you wish to cancel the membership after the 12mth period, you must contact Rejuvenate Clinic on 0406965605 or email info@rejuvenateclinic.au to inform our staff or the membership will continue to roll over indefinitely until advised in writing. 

• Option1: Tixel Membership includes 3 x Tixel treatments with complementary Neck treatment. There must be a min of 8 weeks between Tixel Treatments.

• Option 2: Tixel Membership includes 2 x Tixel treatments with complementary Neck treatment as a maintenance regime and is recommended to have these treatments no greater than 6mths apart for optimal results. (treatments can be closer together and more frequent if desired or recommended by our skin professionals).

• Additional costs may apply after each treatment. These costs will apply to skincare products that are purchased to optimise results post or pre-treatment. Our Recommended Skincare range is medical grade and only recommended where necessary. If you choose not to purchase the recommended skincare we will ask you to sign a waiver to advise that your skin results may not be optimal. 

• Pre-paid and completed services or purchased products are not eligible for refund or able to be transferable to other treatment modalities. 

• A comprehensive skin consultation must be conducted by our Registered Nurse or Skin therapist prior to commencement of any membership treatments to ensure suitability of treatment and to ensure there are no medical contraindications to treatment.

• Add ons can be purchased at any time, however further discounts do NOT apply

• Combination Treatment areas must be treated at the same appointment ie, Full face and Neck Tixel treatment must be completed at the same appointment.

• Tixel Membership applies to standard TIXEL treatment on the Face & Neck only and treatments are NOT subject to any further discounts or body areas.

• Treatment modalities are NOT interchangeable

• Treatment visits MUST follow the protocol outlined in the Programs Protocol and all aftercare instructions & post treatment skincare routine must be followed correctly for optimal results.

• No rain-checks.

• Paid Treatments expire 18 months from the date of purchase.

• Pre-paid and completed services or purchased products are not eligible for refund

• Further discounts do NOT apply
